Creating a business plan is a must. The bad news is that far too many people don't do anything about it. A critical point of any marketing plan is to know exactly who your customers are and where they come from. The business plan will help give a direction to your business and will help you plan your strategies. Remember, no business plan is ever fool proof.

Information is usually available in the bottom of the page. Another place to attach your web address to might be your promotional handouts. If you send out an annual flyer, or give away freebies, make sure you web information is on there. ') or hire a professional to design it for you.
